Last week, Real Time Genomics introduced RTG Investigator sequence analysis software for free individual use. A white paper is now available that compares the RTG variant detection analysis pipeline against the BWA/GATK pipeline.
The RTG Variant Detection White Paper, written by Brian Hilbush, Ph.D. of Real Time Genomics, provides a detailed description of methods and results from an analysis of NA12878 whole genome sequencing data from the 1000 Genomes Project. The paper shows the quality of result and ease of implementation typical of RTG Investigator. |
