I am currently designing Illumina fusion primers but am getting a bit worried. I don't want to get stuck buying 96 unique really long fusion primers (I want dual indexing). Do you know of anyone using complete fusion primers (adaptor+seq primer+index+PCR primer) VERSUS ligating adaptor+seq primer+index to standard PCR product after amplification?Comment
