Question Amplicon and other library types in the same run?

Is it possible to run amplicon libraries and other types of libraries in the same Titanium run?

Because we previously have only used standard chemistry for an amplicon run and Titanium for everything else, this was not a possibility. But now that the Titanium amplicon runs are possible, is there anything to prevent having one region be amplicon and other regions, say, fragment shotgun runs?

Thanks!
How did I miss that? I need to see if I can subscribe to the 454 and solid forums.
