Does anyone know if the amplicon preparation adapters for the Junior are the same as the titanium? (i.e. either LibA adapters as per their tech bulletin 2009, or the Lib-L adapters for unidirectional sequencing ) vs. (older FLX amplicon adapters)? Any info would be great, thanks
