Default scRNA-seq on dissociated neurons

I regularly do Calcium imaging of sensory neurons, but now want to add single-cell RNA-seq. Does anyone have advice for capturing a dissociated neuron that is resting on a Concanavalin-coated coverslip? I can see it but don't know how to grab it. I have no micropipettor experience.
