Can I extract the expression level information and standard error for my samples from cummerbund in R studio? I'd like to be able to generate my own gene expression level plots for aesthetic reasons.
Otherwise, on those gene expression level plots that cummerbund generates, is it possible to modify how they look inside R studio? I'm thinking publication ready. If not where could I look to find the expression level for each replicate to calculate my own standard error?
