Default DNASTAR releases beta version of SeqMan NGen 3

DNASTAR recently released a beta version of SeqMan NGen 3.0. This version of the software represents a breakthrough in next-gen sequencing software, in part because it offers the ability to assemble and analyze whole human (and other large eukaryotic) genomes on a desktop computer with unsurpassed ease and speed.

Currently, DNASTAR produces Lasergene, a sequence analysis software suite; SeqMan NGen for the assembly of second and third generation DNA sequence data; ArrayStar, a microarray gene expression visualization and analysis package; QSeq, an RNA-Seq and ChIP-Seq data alignment and analysis tool integrated with ArrayStar; and GenVision, a data visualization software application.
