Has anyone attempted or successfully done half reactions for 10x Genomics platforms?
I know that the Gene Expression kits can capture 500-10,000 cells, but when you just need 500-5,000 cells/ sample do you think you could lower the volume of all the reactions while keeping the final cell/reagent concentrations the same? I would love to hear your thoughts or if anyone has tried it. |
