Default Sequecning of two samples of the same species

HI there!

We have three samples of the same fish species. during DNA sanger sequencing we got different sequences for these samples, although the samples were collected from the same location and they are the same species and the same gene was used for sequecning. Is it normal? how do we interpret the obtained data? Thank you.
