Hello,
I have a reference genome and several short sequences that I want to align to it to certain positions - manually, by drag-and-drop) without any mapping algorithm, so that I can visually compare them. Please let know of software for Linux that allows such function. The result should be SAM file inspectable in viewers like Tablet. Regards, Alexander |
