I'm trying to run CREST (http://www.stjuderesearch.org/site/lab/zhang) but it is trying to locate a perl module Tree::Interval which I have had no luck finding anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get this module? I've tried installing all of Tree but it still doesn't work.
Thanks for you help |

I haven't tried installing it yet, but the module you need is included in the CREST.tgz file. This is not the same as the CPAN 'Tree' module.

Thank you so much! I completely missed that folder when I extracted and just assumed it was part of Tree.
