Default analysis of sharp peaks TF with SICER

I am analyzing a Chipseq data for a well known TF which has very tight peak around 1000 bp across TSS. I was wondering if it may be reasonable to use SICER or SICER is only useful for histone markers. I like the statics and other normalization features it has.
Thanks for your input
