Hi all,
we are currently working on optimizing our library QC process and wondered if and how we can implement qPCR melting curve analysis to get a rough estimate of the library diversity. Of course we do not seek to get a precise estimate but rather a rough indication if the diversity will be OK or not. Has anyone experience with this? I couldn't find anything online but I would assume that it should be possible to get a an idea of how good or bad a library might be. Thanks in advance. Cheers, Zapp |
