Quantitative analyst, sequencing center, Johns Hopkins
We're looking for a bioinformatics analyst in the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center Next Generation Sequencing Center. This is part of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, in Baltimore, MD, USA.
We have 2 SOLiD 5500s, an Illumina HiSeq, an Illumina MiSeq, and an IonTorrent. Jobs are in general quite customized and require lots of creativity and programming/biology expertise. The official job posting is on https://hrnt.jhu.edu/jhujobs/index.cfm, requisition # 54395. |
