I've seen references to this question in other threads but I think there is no clear answer yet.
I am working with FPKM values but I also need to obtain the actual read counts for each gene for presentation in a table. After reading the Cufflinks manual I could not find a reference to actual read counts. Could you please let me know if this column will be added to future versions or is there an easy way to calculate it backwards from FPKM? |
