Due to high capacity of Novaseq machine, Illumina recommends that a new library kit be used for unique double indexing.
I used to run the highly degraded RNA from FFPE on Hiseq and got decent results but now plan to run it on Novaseq (with the new lib prep kit) and was wondering if anyone has any experience with their new kit. |
