Default batch search protein domains with snv

I have a list of SNV's,
I would like to search those against a protein (conserved) domain database
I have chromosomal position and gene position nucleotide change, amino acid change. I already filtered them and they are all nonsynonymous SNV's

Code:
chr5:112227650,112227650:T/A
ZRSR1:ENST00000391338:exon1:c.T314A:p.L105Q
is it possible to search with that kind of input against a protein domain database?
