Hi Everyone,
I would like to build a BOWTIE index for the SNP rs4244285A. I created a text file with this characteres: >rs4244285-aleloA ATAAATTATTGTTTTCTCTTAGATATGCAATAATTTTCCCACTATCATTGATTATTTCCCAGGAACCCATAACAAATTACTTAAAAACCTTGCTTTTATGGAAAGTGATATTTTGGAGAAA Later, i rename the file for rs4244285.fa and use the command bowtie-build to generate six files .ebwt. It's correct? Thanks |
