Default Using Vmatch to combine assemblies into a non-redundant set of contigs

I've posted a short tutorial about how to use Vmatch and its
-dbcluster to combine assemblies, such as those produced by Velvet
using varying kmer and cvCut parameters, into one non-redundant set of
contigs. I hope this is of use to someone:
