iLab for genomics core

Does anyone have any experience, comments or general opinion on the value or usability of iLab core facility management software?

We use it. It is particularly useful for streamlining the billing. It has limited LIMS capabilities though.

Thanks. We wont be using it for LIMS, we are interested in using it to track the progress of jobs, and auditing and managing billing.

We are a small core but we are about to embark on an expansion and i think this would be the right time to bring in something like this.

do you mind telling me how long you have been using it and what the throughput of your core is?
