Default Deseq2 16S copy number

Hello everyone,

I am working with 16S and I correct the 16S copy number using picrust (only firts step). The result table are not integer values but decimal numbers. I want to use DESeq2 to normalize my counts by size factors, but the input of DESeq2 must be integer values and DESeq2 warns to not rounded normalized counts.
Any help to mix the use of 16S copy number and DESeq2?
