Default vispa segeml snp

Is there anyone who uses vispa to detect snp for quasispecies?

I am struggling with vispa. Yes. Segeml, the alignment software, is updated and has sam format as default. This is excellent.

However, vispa uses segeml as its alignment tool but has no update so far. Is there anyone whom I can turn for help or discuss with? What information from segeml do I have to pass to the vispa?

Any information or clue is welcome.

Thanks in advance.
