Question rRNA depletion samples partially degradated

Hi,

I'm going to do a whole transcriptome sequencing with Illumina HiSeq 1000.

I'm going to use Illumina sample preparation kit with Ribo-Zero rRNA Removal
Mix - Gold (RRM G) (Ribo-Zero Gold kit contents).

I ask you, my samples (partially degradated) are usefull for sequencing?

the rRNA depletion will be successful?

Apparently so. It seems to be good on FFPE
