Default Velvet merged dataset

Hi, my issue is that I recieved data which had already been merged and trimmed and so I have binned it to smaller sizes and am about to finally assemble with metavelvet, however for velveth I have to state the how the data is paired and there doesn't seem to be an option for merged data. Does anyone know of a way around this so velveth can assemble my merged dataset?

Many thanks,
Tom
