    Velvetg output files

    Hi All,

    I am fairly new to de novo assembly Velvet tool. I need your help in figuring out lot of problems I am facing. I am trying to assemble a fish transcriptome using Velvet tool.
    When I ran velveth, it generated roadmap and sequences output files. But now when I am trying to do velvetg, it is just creating PreGraph file in the output directory and no other files like contig.fa, stats.txt are being generated.
    I appreciate any help or suggestion in this regard !
