    Bioinformatician: Dr. Patrick Pirrotte is seeking a candidate to work in the Collaborative Center for Translational Mass Spectrometry. He is looking for a candidate to implement a strategy for integrating proteomics data into TGen’s current precision medicine analytical pipeline. Job# IRC14271

    Bioinformatician II: Dr. William Hendricks and the Comparative and Rare Oncology Lab is looking for a mid- to advanced-level bioinformatics professional to work on multiple cancer related projects analyzing biomedical data by developing/applying software and computational biology/statistical methods.     Bioinformatics Services Manager: This position will coordinate bioinformatics and data analysis collaborations between and amongst TGen and City of Hope scientists and bioinformaticians. The candidate will facilitate biomedical data processing by designing and performing analyses, managing research computing and information resources, and making available software tools to institute-wide research community.
