Exclamation How to match miRNA and methylation variants with their corresponding genes?

Hello everyone,

I have a list of miRNA (hsa-miR-379-579-5p...) and another one of methylation variants (cg19238394...). I can't seem to find a platform that accepts the lists as input and returns the gene that is affected. I have only found platforms where it accepts input one at a time but my list is very long so that is unfeasible. Any help?

Thank you very much!
