Post VAAST testing

Is anyone beta-testing VAAST from the Yandell lab? If so, is it looking promising?

Thanks!

I have just seen Yandell's presentation at The biology of genomes meeting (CSHL) and it looks very promising, apparently working on both rare and common diseases.

He hasn't tested any cancer data.

It needs a lot of individuals to remove noise.

that's all on my side, I haven't tested it yet.
