    how does allpath calculate insert size?

    I have an Allpath assembly and there are some stats about Paired Read Separation in this file jump_reads_filt.outies
    Lib OrigSep NewSep NewDev 3sigma% %NonJumps %ReadsAlgnd
    NBAT-MaleAdult1-22487-lib4 7770 263 254 75 98 30
    Pooled_DNA_2885981912-lib1 2650 1935 347 92 9 27

    does somebody know how allpath calculate OrigSep and NewSep value? I am wondering why they are so different?
