Hello all,
i would like to ask how can i check the peak of ram used in Velvet. top command is disabled in the supercomputer that i am wokring. I tried also /usr/bin/time -f "%P %M" but this command reports the virtual peak of memory. Is any other way? Thank you a lot. |
