Hello, I am a new user trying to figure out Omin-ATAC-seq. I did all the process according to paper Howard Y Chang (2017).
In qPCR amplification, i could not see amplification in 30 cycles. The gel result by pre-amplification was showed in the picture. It seemed all products were about 100bps. I could not find where the problem was. I welcome any advice you can offer. Thanks very much. Ruoyu.
