Hi all,
is there a consensus on using NEB or Illumina TruSeq ChipSeq lib prep kits ? I assume the NEB is way cheaper anyway, but seemingly had better performance from the latest posts in 2013? I would use it for ChIPSeq analyses in bacteria. What's the best read length/config (50bp SE or longer 100bp PE ?). Is v2 MiSeq still good enough (v3 reagents waste of money for such short frags I assume) thanks ! Greg |
