Ion Torrent - Fragment Library Construction
We have used a Beckman SPRI-TE to do library construction for 454 and Illumina, and plan to use it also for SOLiD samples. Has anybody tried this robotics to do the same for Ion Torrent samples?

HI eca. I am a sales rep for Beckman in the UK. We have done Ion Torrent library construction on the SPRIworks in house. We will be releasing a tech sheet soon. You use the SoLiD cartridges (system III) and it works. Get in touch with your local rep for more info. Berwyn
