Hi everyone, great forum! Now I hope it can help me out.
I'd like to find a number of publicly available mRNA-seq datasets for a comparative analysis. Preferably in mouse; preferably on the GA. The problem is that I've only been able to identify 2: one from the Wold 2008 paper in Nature Methods, and another one from Merck in the NCBI short read archive (but with hardly any information attached). So can anybody point me to either 1) a useful resource or collection for this kind of data, or 2) a few papers or lab web pages where such data is downloadable. Thanks again for any help you can provide. This is really frustrating! Genly |
