I used the SOLID 5500xl for my first barcoded run. The run was fine however I noticed a very poor assignment of the barcodes. I traced the problem to an error in assigning the barcodes using the AB BC modules 1-16 in the ICS. The kit I used was the 1-16 but these apparently belong to the 1-96 modules.
Is there a chance to recover my data and reassign the barcodes without having to rescan the flowchip? |
