Default bacterial genome re-sequencing

I have a customer that wants to re-sequence 24 different bacterial genomes. What would be a reasonable level of multiplexing on GS Jr assuming an average genome size of 5-6 Mb and optimal (from your experience) for resequencing coverage depth?

A coverage depth of 15-20x in our hands on a FLX+ is more then enough for a 2Mb bacterial genome. More coverage didn't lead to less contigs.
