Hi Guys,
I am quite new to using the bedgraph in the UCSC genome browser, for example if I am finding the total number of Exons , and the total number of coding and non coding exons each how could this be done for this gene S100A2 using UCSC browser ? Also how do I find the disease type associated with this gene using the browser, http://genome.ucsc.edu/ . Skittles Last edited by Skittles; 11-04-2013 at 08:48 AM. Reason: more information |
