Default demultiplexing without clocs files

Hi,
I have an Hiseq run in which the colcs files were deleted, but I still have the rest of the data. I also have a folder (~160GB, much more then a regular folder I used to get from the instrument- ~60GB) in the instrument's computer.
Is there any way to create a fastq files based on this data, maybe by combine data from both folders (the regular results which was partialy deleted + the folder in the instrument's computer)?
Thanks in advance,
Gur
