Hi,
has anyone experience with the -r option of the Roche tool sfffile ? According to the manual this convertes old quality values into Phred-like values using a quality lookup table.
Well, I tried to convert old GS20 quality values and the tool fails to find the table:
"The rescore option was specified, but cannot find rescore config. file (quality score lookup table)."
I think I found the tables in the config directory of the Roche software (qualityScoreLookup_gs20.dat) but I don't know how to tell the tool where to look for this table.
Has anyone an idea ?
Thanks,
Andreas
