Default Input DNA requirement for MinION

Would someone who's been using the MinION through MAP tell me what the input DNA starting amount should be? There's size selection possibly both before and after shearing with associated loss, so how much total environmental gDNA or pure cultivar gDNA would be reasonable at the start?

Default

The standard workflow suggests 1μg of DNA at the start of the process, although MARC discussions have highlighted that it is probably better to quantify and feed 1μg into the ligation step, which requires a bit more at the start (maybe 1.5μg).
