NuGEN Technologies has developed a novel method to enrich for informative transcript sequences in RNA-Seq libraries. The proprietary Insert Dependent Adaptor Cleavage (InDA-C) technology employs customized primers during library creation to target specific transcript species for exclusion in the final RNA-Seq library. The Ovation Universal RNA-Seq System is the core kit for customizable InDA-C solutions. The choice of InDA-C primer sequence is flexible, and primers can be designed to target virtually any unwanted transcripts to minimize their presence in the final sequencing library. The result is a significant reduction in sequencing reads derived from unwanted transcripts, for more efficient use of sequencing and data analysis resources. NuGEN provides a no-cost design service for the customizable InDA-C primers. Visit www.nugen.com/ovationuniv for further information.

Hello,
I would like to perform strand-oriented RNA libraries for sequencing on Ion Torrent. I see that Nugen does not provide this kit. Is it possible to get a support from Nugen to design adapters that would allow us to sequence on Ion Torrent, using the Ovation Universal RNA-seq kit?
Thank you very much in advance for your help,

The field of epigenetics has traditionally concentrated more on DNA and how changes like methylation and phosphorylation of histones impact gene expression and regulation. However, our increased understanding of RNA modifications and their importance in cellular processes has led to a rise in epitranscriptomics research. “Epitranscriptomics brings together the concepts of epigenetics and gene expression,” explained Adrien Leger, PhD, Principal Research Scientist...-

Proteins are often described as the workhorses of the cell, and identifying their sequences is key to understanding their role in biological processes and disease. Currently, the most common technique used to determine protein sequences is mass spectrometry. While still a valuable tool, mass spectrometry faces several limitations and requires a highly experienced scientist familiar with the equipment to operate it. Additionally, other proteomic methods, like affinity assays, are constrained...-
