Default Sequencing/CGH data correlation with Gene expression data (Microarrays, PCR))

Hallo!
Will be happy to hear the answer!
Which reasons could be for the following situation, when:
Gene is affected by copy-number alteration (loss), but mRNA expression is not affected?
