Hi.
I only have two RNA-Seq samples. Could I directly use RPKM ratio to find out differentially expressed genes between these two samples? RPKM values were generated by Scripture. Wish your help! Thanks a bunch! |

Yes, RPKM was designed to normalize gene depth, read number.. but the ratio is somehow arbitary, without significant level.
