Hi,
Does anyone have any experience in custom trimming of Ion Torrent reads while retaining flowspace information? I'm looking to do edits like clip a set number of bases off of each side of a read or manually trim a sequence off all reads that have it. Yes, I know there are a myriad of tools available in base space to do this, but they all lose the flowspace data.
Specifically, how do I hack/edit the ZM and ZF tags?
