Default BWA - Zlib.h missing error in windows 10

Hi,
I am new in bioinformatics. I need to use BWA but cannot find any instructions for installation on windowsx64.
I have downloaded latest cygwin and set its path. Also downloaded zlib and BWA master from github for windowsx64.

When i try to run the "make" command it gives me the following error:

gcc -c -g -Wall -O2 -DHAVE_PTHREAD utils.c -o utils.o
utils.c:28:18: fatal error: zlib.h: No such file or directory
#include <zlib.h>
^
compilation terminated.
Makefile:19: recipe for target 'utils.o' failed
make: *** [utils.o] Error 1

Am I missing something? zlib.h and zconf.h were downloaded along with BWA master. I am clueless about what to do.
