    Miltenyi Microbeads + Nextera DNA Sample Prep

    Hi All,

    I've been having some trouble purifying my cells by FACS and have been considering moving to the Miltenyi microbead sorting system. I'm trying to figure out whether the magnetic beads (which are small) will interfere with the cDNA synthesis and/or library preparation step. I figure they will probably be eliminated along with the Agencourt AMPure Library cleanup step but I'm not sure if it will screw anything up prior. Does anyone have any experience with this?
