How to calculate GC% in R?
Hi everybody, I'd like to know if there is a tool in R to calculate CG% content and G° if it's possible too from a table with several genes. I have almost 300 genes and I have their sequences. I can calculate it individually, but I'd like to accelerate the process. Any idea? Thanks so much for your time.

While you could do this in R, it may be much simpler to use a tool like geecee from EMBOSS on the command line.
You could also use a web interface if you prefer that. -
