missing _int.txt files in Ver 1.4

Dear Group

In Pipeline Version 1.4 the intensity files "_int.txt" seem to be replaced by "_int.p.txt". Is it still possible to get "_int.txt" files ?

Also in version 1.4 the "_qraw.txt" files are no longer available and seems to have disappearded from the user mannual.

Any help with this would be appreciated

The files have not been replaced is what I have learned. The "p" signifies that the processing was done on the pipeline server and as you have probably noticed, the output is different. illumina TS and my FAS told me that the _int.txt files created by IPAR cannot be recreated.

Please let me know if you learn different!
