hi... i am new here and just started a little research using NGS...i would like to ask >>> what is the most suitable lab of a low price for doing a v3 , v4 16s rRNA Sequencing for a small number of smaples from 10 to 25 sample ? and how much might it cost per sample ?

        You can start here: https://genohub.com/shop-by-next-gen...ery=36eff1b769.

The filters are set at 25, 16S samples with a minimum of 100K reads/sample and minimum read length of 2x250. Costs include both 16S amplification and sequencing.
