- Analysis of genotyping data
- Differential expression analysis
- Experimental design
- Methylation detection and quantification
- Participation in collaborations
We seek candidates with experience in some or all of the following skills:
- Skilled programmer in Perl, Java and/or C/C++.
- Excellent communication skills are a must. You will work both as part of the cofactor team and also be in contact with Cofactor's collaborators and customers.
- Developers with previous experience and interest in DNA sequence analysis and next-generation sequencing technologies would be a plus.
